The room had fresh bed linens and a spacious bed, and the convenient location made it easy to walk to a nearby shopping mall and bakery.

Not so good location - in a very industrial and not so pretty area. Hotel is more like a motel

It was convenient to the airport which is why we chose it.

We arrived by bicycles and had booked into The Campanile Hotel, nobody had informed us that this had changed to The Kyriad. We spent an hour searching and in desperation went into The Kyriad to enquire and could not believe our ears to be told this was the Campanile. It was also a big disappointment to be told the Restaurant was closed on Sundays - not on the website.

Friendly staff, particularly the manager and main receptionist. Our room even had a bathtub 🛁. the building was cozy and located in a convenient spot, right in the middle of a busy shopping area.

Value for money and very good restaurant.

However we were slightly overwhelmed by the amount of meat (3 lamb cutlets) and felt 2 would have sufficed. Other than that no complaints.

The hotel of choice in Carcassonne. Convenient venue with efficient staff especially the manager and main receptionist and fast Wi-Fi. Magnificent and perfect location, 4 km from city centre. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a bakery across the street.

This place is fairly clean, with good service provided by fantastic, friendly, and amicable staff, offering tastefully decorated units with tea & coffee.

Really clean, the rooms are very new and the bed is very confortable, They offer tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.

The breakfast is nice but it's not worth 9€.

Easy Check in, very clean and lots of small attentive details - waterboiler, cookies and tea/coffee in the room, flipflops for the shower and soap/shampoo/conditioner. So close to the airport (12mins on foot through quiet industrial estate). would definately recommend.

The restaurant here offers a variety of delicious dishes to choose from, set in a lovely area with convenient access to bakeries and supermarkets.

Restaurant very basic, not recommended for more than one night. Difficult location - hard to get into main tourist attractions.

The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Musee Beaubois. The room itself was new-fashioned, spotless with tea & coffee and had essentials I needed.

Cozy room, cozy bed, super clean bathroom. the staff, especially the manager and receptionist, really look after you here. It's a bit off the beaten path in a quiet area that's close to shops 🛍️.

Proximity to Carcassone Airport was ideal.The staff were brilliant - attentive and friendly. Food (breakfast and dinner) were good value for the prices charged. The room was immaculately clean. We will definitely be staying there again.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Stayed for 3 nights.Adequate but not luxurious.Meals were average.Ideal if you are on a bit of a tight budget.15mins drive to old cite.
